Saavedra Instruments is committed to making our website and online resources accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
We believe customers should be able to learn about our products, access product documentation and support, and purchase our products without unnecessary barriers.
Our Commitment
Saavedra Instruments is continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website.
Our goal is to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and, where reasonably possible, the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, particularly as our website, products, documentation, and online resources continue to develop.
Website Accessibility
We aim to design and maintain our website so that visitors can reasonably:
Navigate and understand website content
Access product descriptions and information
Use links, buttons, menus, and forms
Access product support and documentation
Complete purchases and other important website functions
Use common assistive technologies and accessibility features
We also strive to use readable text, appropriate contrast, meaningful headings, descriptive links, and alternative text for important images where appropriate.
Product Manuals and Documentation
Saavedra Instruments may provide product manuals, instructions, firmware information, and other documentation in electronic formats.
We strive to make these materials as clear and accessible as reasonably possible.
If you experience difficulty accessing a manual, firmware instruction, or other product document, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an alternative accessible format when feasible.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including website hosting, payment processing, shipping, video, social media, and other online services.
While we strive to work with reputable service providers, Saavedra Instruments does not control the accessibility features or practices of independently operated third-party websites and services.
If you encounter an accessibility issue involving a third-party service while attempting to interact with Saavedra Instruments, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Videos and Multimedia
Saavedra Instruments may provide product demonstrations, tutorials, instructional videos, and other multimedia content.
As our library of content grows, we will make reasonable efforts to improve the accessibility of important multimedia content through features such as captions, written instructions, descriptions, or other appropriate alternatives.
Need Assistance?
If you experience difficulty using any part of the Saavedra Instruments website, accessing product information, completing a purchase, downloading documentation, or obtaining customer support, please contact us.
We want to know when an accessibility barrier prevents someone from accessing our products or services.
When contacting us, please describe the page, feature, document, or information you were attempting to access and the difficulty you encountered. This will help us understand the issue and provide assistance.
Accessibility Feedback
We welcome feedback regarding the accessibility of the Saavedra Instruments website and online resources.
If you encounter an accessibility problem or have a suggestion that could improve accessibility, please contact us through our Contact page.
We will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility concerns and address issues when practical.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility standards, technologies, and best practices continue to evolve. Saavedra Instruments may periodically review and update our website and digital materials as our business and online services develop.
Our goal is to provide a practical and accessible experience for customers while continually improving areas where accessibility can be strengthened.
